Standard Installation

This offer is based on a standard ducted reverse cycle installation. A standard installation assumes safe access, suitable roof space, suitable ceiling access, compliant existing infrastructure and no additional works outside the agreed scope.

Additional costs may apply if the installation requires extra duct runs, additional outlets, extra zones, upgraded ducting, electrical upgrades, switchboard works, non-standard unit positioning, difficult access, roof or ceiling modifications, drainage changes, structural works, crane or lifting equipment, asbestos-related handling or any other work outside the standard installation allowance.

Any additional works will be quoted separately and must be approved by the customer before proceeding.

Payment & Booking

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the installation date and order equipment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance of payment is due upon completion of the installation.

If Savage Air is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time, or the installation cannot proceed due to incorrect, incomplete or undisclosed site information provided by the customer, a call-out fee or rescheduling fee may apply.

Scheduling & Availability

All installations are subject to scheduling availability, product availability and site readiness.

Savage Air reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, supplier delays, product availability, technician availability, unsafe site conditions or issues outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer as early as possible if a scheduled appointment needs to change.

Warranty & Liability

The Panasonic Premium Inverter ducted reverse cycle system is covered by Panasonic’s 5 year parts and labour manufacturer warranty, subject to Panasonic’s terms, conditions, exclusions and registration requirements.

Savage Air provides a lifetime workmanship guarantee on installation work completed by our team, subject to the terms and exclusions of that guarantee.

Manufacturer warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party work, power supply issues, external damage, blocked filters, pests, weather events or any other exclusion listed by the manufacturer.

General Terms

Savage Air reserves the right to decline or pause installation services if site conditions are unsafe, non-compliant, inaccessible, unsuitable or outside the agreed standard installation scope.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe, clear and unobstructed access for the installation. This includes access to indoor and outdoor work areas, ceiling space, roof space, switchboards, driveways, gates and any other areas required to complete the work.

Savage Air is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, undisclosed site issues, incorrect customer information or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before the job.

Acceptance of Terms

By accepting this offer, paying a deposit, scheduling the installation or allowing work to proceed, the customer confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
