Free in-home quote and load calculation. We come to the home, look at the layout, check the existing ductwork or gas points, and size the system to the space.

Quote and options in plain language. We walk you through the Braemar option that suits the home, gas ducted, evaporative, Dominator Series 2, or a combination, and answer the questions you have before any paperwork.

Install day. Indoor unit, outdoor unit, ductwork where required, gas or electrical connection, test, and commission. Most evaporative or single-zone gas ducted jobs are done in a day. Dominator Series 2 and full ducted installs run longer depending on scope.

Walkthrough. We show you the controller, the zoning where the system supports it, and how to use it properly so it does what you paid for.

Warranty and paperwork. Compliance certificate handed over, Seeley manufacturer warranty paperwork explained, and the file goes with you.

Because Savage Air is a Seeley CMSI participating dealer, Braemar evaporative coolers we install carry the extended 7-year comprehensive manufacturer warranty as standard, provided the unit is registered online within 6 months and the 4th-year service is completed. We walk you through both steps on install day. The Permatuf cabinet on evaporative units carries a 25-year anti-corrosion warranty, and structural components carry 10 years. The Dominator Series 2 carries a 5-year comprehensive manufacturer warranty. Braemar gas ducted heating carries Seeley’s manufacturer warranty per the warranty card supplied with the unit, typically 5 years on the heat exchanger with shorter periods on other components, we hand you the current warranty card on install day and walk you through what is covered.

Savage Air lifetime workmanship guarantee. If anything we did with our hands ever fails, we fix it. That cover does not expire.
