Website Information
The content on this website is general information only. It is provided to help homeowners understand heating and cooling options, system types, brands, installation considerations and general service information.
While we aim to keep website content accurate and current, it should not be treated as a fixed quote, technical assessment, rebate approval, warranty confirmation or guarantee that a particular system will suit your home.
Final recommendations, pricing, inclusions and system suitability are confirmed through our quoting process.
Quotes And Pricing
Any quote provided by Savage Air is based on the information available at the time of quoting, including information supplied by the customer, site inspection findings, floor plans, photos, access conditions and system requirements.
Quotes may include details such as system type, selected equipment, installation scope, included materials, exclusions, deposit requirements and estimated timing.
A quote is not accepted until the customer confirms acceptance in the required manner and pays any required deposit.
Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for the period shown on the quote. If no validity period is listed, Savage Air may review the quote before accepting the job due to changes in material costs, supplier pricing, availability, rebate rules or site conditions.
Deposits And Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your installation booking, order equipment or commence work.
The balance of payment is due in accordance with the payment terms listed on the quote, invoice or booking documentation.

Any timeframe given is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Products, Brands And Availability
Savage Air works with a range of trusted heating and cooling brands. Product recommendations are based on the home, customer requirements, system suitability, brand availability and installation requirements.
If a quoted product becomes unavailable, delayed or unsuitable, Savage Air may recommend an alternative product. Any change in price, warranty, system performance or specification will be communicated before proceeding.
Brand information on this website is general and may change as manufacturers update models, warranties, product ranges or technical specifications.
Rebates And Government Incentives
Some installations may be eligible for rebates, incentives or discounts, including under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program or other schemes.
Rebate eligibility depends on the property, existing system, selected replacement system, current program rules, documentation, customer eligibility and third-party approval.
Savage Air may assist with rebate information or work with third-party rebate providers where applicable. However, we do not guarantee rebate approval unless expressly confirmed in writing.
If a rebate is rejected, reduced, delayed or changed due to program rules, eligibility issues, customer information, third-party decisions or government changes, the customer remains responsible for any amount payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Existing Systems And Ductwork
Where an installation involves existing equipment, ductwork, vents, gas lines, electrical supply, controllers or roof space, Savage Air will assess suitability based on reasonable inspection.
Some existing systems or ductwork may not be suitable for reuse. If existing components are found to be unsafe, damaged, undersized, poorly installed, non-compliant or unsuitable, additional work may be required.
Savage Air will not install new equipment onto existing infrastructure where we consider it unsuitable, unsafe or likely to compromise system performance.
Property Care And Site Clean-Up
Savage Air takes reasonable care when working in and around your home.
The customer acknowledges that installation work may involve roof access, ceiling access, drilling, cutting, removal of old equipment, ductwork, electrical work, refrigerant pipework, gas work or water connections depending on the job.
Savage Air will take reasonable steps to leave the work area clean and safe. However, the customer accepts that minor dust, disruption, access marks or reasonable installation disturbance may occur as part of normal works.
Any pre-existing damage, unsafe conditions or fragile surfaces should be disclosed before work begins.
