Should I go gas ducted or electric ducted?

If your home is already on gas and you want pure heating power, gas ducted is still excellent. If you are building new, going all-electric, adding solar, or want one system that heats and cools, electric ducted (heat pump) wins long-term. We will give you the honest call on-site.

Can I keep my existing ductwork?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We assess condition, sizing and insulation on-site. If it is worth keeping, we keep it. If it is not, we tell you why.

Do you do strata or commercial ducted?

No. We focus on owner-occupied homes in South East Melbourne. We do not do strata, body corporate, commercial or rental-managed work.

Do you service or repair existing ducted systems?

No, we are installation specialists. New systems only.

How long does a ducted heating install take?

Most installs are completed in 1–2 days depending on the home and whether ductwork is being replaced.

Is there a rebate?

For electric ducted (heat pump), potentially yes through VEU. Where the job qualifies, we will let you know up front and walk you through the path.
