Every custom home is different, and the system has to suit the home rather than the other way around. Getting us in at floorplan stage means capacity sized properly, ductwork that lines up with where the trusses and services are already heading, and a system that does not need rework after handover.

Knock-down rebuilds

A common build type across the south-east. With the slab going down fresh, climate control can be designed in cleanly from the start rather than retrofitted into what was already there, which is the difference between a clean handover and a rushed install in the last fortnight.

Duplexes and dual occupancy

Two homes on one block. We treat each side as its own install with its own system, its own controller, and its own warranty position, so you can sell one side and lease the other, or sell them to different buyers, without explaining a shared system to two sets of owners.

Townhouse programs

Side-by-side townhouses, including small-lot housing builds. A matched spec rolled across the program, scheduling that runs alongside the other trades rather than slowing them down, and a single warranty position that applies to the whole row.

Renovations, extensions, and additions

Add-on refrigerated cooling onto existing ducted heating ductwork is something we install regularly, and on the right reno it lands the upgrade without redoing the heating side. Where the existing ductwork is past its useful life, we will tell you that up front so the duct replacement is part of the same conversation rather than a service call back to your end customer six months after handover.

Acreage and lifestyle builds

Country-block builds where the home covers a bigger footprint, the pipework runs are longer, and the gas connection may not be there. The planning has to start with what is feasible to run to the home rather than dropping in the same system that would suit a regular suburban block.

Scheduling shaped around your trades. The install crew lands on site when the build is actually ready for them, not before and not after, so climate control is not the trade holding up your handover date.

One point of contact from quote through to handover. The person you scope the program with is the person running the install crew on site, so the answer to any question on the build is one call away rather than three.

Rebate path if the build qualifies. On Victorian Energy Upgrades rebates, where the job qualifies, we will let you know up front and walk you through the path, so you know early whether the rebate is real money for the project or a distraction.
