Last Friday 17th July 2020 our old gas central heating system finally died. I called Jonty on monday to arrange a quote and replacement of the unit. He came straight out, discussed what needed to be done. We decided on the unit and agreed on price. Jonty said that the unit would be in on thursday. The unit actually came in Wednesday and Michael came out to replace the same day. Michael was actually earlier than arranged time which was fantastic. Michael is a very friendly and polite man along with his young apprentice. The unit was replaced efficiently and quickly so now we have heating.!!!!..Throughout this whole process Jonty has been extremely polite and helpful.
